Individual Assessments

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the start date of the scheduled event will be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, participants will receive a reimbursement of 50% of the payment made for the course.

2. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the start date of the course will not be eligible for any refund.

3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to cancellation@tricoasteducation.com and include your full name, event name, and start date.

4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

5. If a participant fails to attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

6. In the unlikely situation TRICOAST Education cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
